Upgrading Guns In Dead Trigger

Hm. Upgrades.

First thing you need to know, upgrading guns in Dead Trigger is expensive, and almost not worth it. I had to spend the .99¢ to purchase 40 000 cash to upgrade the RMGT 870, AK 47, and Colt 1911. The shotgun was worth it, so was the AK, but the Colt wasn’t.

Should You Upgrade Colt Or Buy Scorpion? I would advise against upgrading the Colt because it lacks the firepower of the Scorpion. Even upgraded, the Colt has less damage and clip size compared to the Scorpion. However, an upgraded Colt has slightly better accuracy and range than the Scorpion. Considering that later levels spawn more zombies, the Scorpion is going to be a better ally.

Should You Upgrade Scorpion Or Buy Uzi? An upgraded Scorpion costs the same as an Uzi, and will give you the same stats, plus better damage. (180 vs 150). More damage is always good as you are more likely to blow zombies into little pieces or take an arm off before killing them. Remember, these give you extra cash during missions. You can check out my how to earn cash guide.

Should You Upgrade The RMGT 870 Or Buy The AK 47? The rifles are always going to have better accuracy than the shotguns, and bigger clip size. Upgraded shotguns pack a whopping punch, and I find they are perfect for taking zombies out one at a time. Due to their tiny clip size, they aren’t as effective at taking out hordes of zombies. I would stick with an AK 47 and upgrade it if low on cash. An upgrade AK 47 has slightly less damage than the KSG (220 vs 260), but I think the clip size, rate of fire, and range make up for less damage in this case.

Upgraded or not, the AK47 is always beautiful

It’s Cool To Have Variety, But Upgrading Is Necessary. If you have two or more weapon slots, upgrading weapons is necessary. Ammunition drop rates are low with more weapons, so you don’t want to be stuck in a mission with weapons that don’t perform as well. I currently run with a double upgraded RMG5 870, an upgraded AK, and a double upgraded Scorpion. I don’t encounter problems during missions.

    This game rules!

Striker all the way, baby. Reload time to loaded shells ratio is superior than the rest of the shotguns, and the damage is quite respectable
